SCBWI Headquarters has created the following policy that applies to ALL regions for in-person events over 25 attendees. As we get closer to the event, it may change and if so, we will let you know.
SCBWI Policy for Minimizing Covid Risk:
Attendees are required to submit proof of vaccination, or proof of a negative PCR test taken within three days of the beginning of the event, as a condition of attendance. If results are obtained in time, attendees must submit them electronically or by email to Beth Mills before the event.
Attendees will be offered a free disposable mask and hand sanitizer.
If you are sick or have symptoms, you should not attend this event. A refund will be applied for those who become sick and are unable to attend, even if they must cancel the day of the event. SCBWI is not responsible for health outcomes.
